Class MPP 2026

I am a Master of Public Policy candidate at UC Berkeley’s Goldman School of Public Policy. As a first-generation college student, I am deeply committed to advancing equality of opportunity and enhancing equity. My expertise in policy analysis, supported by advanced programming skills in R, Python, and SQL, enables me to bring a data-driven approach to solving California’s most complex issues.

In my current role as a Graduate Student Instructor for Public Policy 101 at UC Berkeley, I teach undergraduates the fundamentals of policy analysis through real-world challenges, helping them develop the skills necessary for effective decision-making. Prior to GSPP, I worked as a Research Analyst at the States United Democracy Center. At States United, I created and managed a real-time database tracking election-denying candidates and officials, winning the Webby Award for News & Politics Website in 2024. My work on this project has been featured in outlets like Time Magazine and The New York Times.

During my time as an undergraduate at UC Berkeley, I worked as a Research Assistant for the Berkeley Initiative for Transparency in the Social Sciences, where I contributed to the development of an RShiny cost-benefit analysis tool for mass human deworming interventions in Kenya.

I am driven by the belief that policy can be a powerful tool for fostering equity, and after completing my degree, I aim to work on data-informed policy initiatives that address systemic inequalities and promote socio-economic mobility in California.
